How to do it
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand and hinge forward from the hips until your torso is about 45 degrees.
- Keep a neutral spine, soft knees and let your arms hang straight down.
- Row both dumbbells toward your waist by driving your elbows back past your ribs.
- Lower under control until your arms are straight again.
Coaching cues
- Keep your neck in line with your spine and your eyes on the floor ahead.
- Stop the set if your back starts to round rather than chasing extra reps.
