How to do it
- Lie on your back with your knees bent and a kettlebell racked against the back of each forearm at chest height.
- Keep your wrists straight so the bells sit over your forearm bones, not bent back.
- Press the bells straight up until your arms are locked out over your shoulders.
- Lower under control until the backs of your upper arms touch the floor.
Coaching cues
- Grip the handles hard, a tight fist keeps the wrist straight.
- Press one arm at a time if you want to add a trunk stability challenge.
