How to do it
- Rack one or two kettlebells on your shoulders with your elbows tucked and wrists straight.
- Stand tall with your feet hip width and brace your core.
- Step one foot straight back and lower until both knees are bent to about 90 degrees.
- Drive through the front foot to stand back up, then alternate legs.
Coaching cues
- Keep your ribs down, the front load will pull you into a back arch if you let it.
- Start with one bell held on one shoulder to learn the balance.
