How to do it
- Press a kettlebell overhead until your arm is straight with the bell resting behind your wrist.
- Lock your elbow, tuck your ribs down and squeeze your glutes.
- Walk forward with steady steps, keeping the bell stacked over your shoulder.
- Walk for half the set time, lower the bell under control and repeat on the other arm.
Coaching cues
- Keep your bicep close to your ear and your shoulder pushed up into the bell.
- Lower the bell straight away if your ribs flare or your elbow starts to bend.
