How to do it
- Rack a kettlebell at shoulder height with the bell resting against the back of your forearm.
- Stand tall with your feet hip width, brace your core and squeeze your glutes.
- Press the bell overhead until your arm is straight and your bicep is beside your ear.
- Lower under control back to the rack position, then repeat and switch sides.
Coaching cues
- Resist leaning away from the bell, keep both hips level.
- Keep your wrist straight so the bell sits over your forearm bones.
