How to do it
- Stand with a staggered stance and hinge forward, resting your free hand on your front thigh.
- Hold a kettlebell in the other hand and let it hang straight down with a flat back.
- Row the bell to your hip by pulling your elbow back and squeezing your shoulder blade.
- Lower under control, finish the set and switch sides.
Coaching cues
- Keep both shoulders square to the floor, do not open your chest to the side.
- Keep the neck long and eyes down and slightly forward.
