How to do it
- Stand next to a kettlebell, hinge down with a flat back and pick it up in one hand.
- Stand tall with the bell hanging at your side and your shoulders level.
- Walk forward with controlled steps, resisting the pull toward the loaded side.
- Walk for half the set time, then swap hands and walk back.
Coaching cues
- Keep both shoulders and hips level, the goal is to look unloaded from the front.
- Brace your core as if someone were about to poke your side.
