How to do it

  1. Kneel down and place your hands on the floor a little wider than your shoulders.
  2. Push your hips up and back so your torso angles toward the floor and your head is between your arms.
  3. Bend your elbows to lower the top of your head toward the floor just in front of your hands.
  4. Press back up to straight arms while keeping your hips high.

Coaching cues

  • Walk your hands closer to your knees to make the angle steeper and harder.
  • Keep your neck relaxed and do not let your head take any weight.
