How to do it
- Kneel down and place your hands on the floor a little wider than your shoulders.
- Push your hips up and back so your torso angles toward the floor and your head is between your arms.
- Bend your elbows to lower the top of your head toward the floor just in front of your hands.
- Press back up to straight arms while keeping your hips high.
Coaching cues
- Walk your hands closer to your knees to make the angle steeper and harder.
- Keep your neck relaxed and do not let your head take any weight.
