How to do it
- Start in a push-up position and walk your feet in so your hips lift into an upside down V.
- Set your hands slightly wider than your shoulders with your head between your arms.
- Bend your elbows to lower the top of your head toward the floor just ahead of your hands.
- Press back to straight arms without letting your hips drop toward the floor.
Coaching cues
- Put your feet on a low step to shift more weight over your shoulders.
- Keep your elbows tracking forward rather than flaring straight out to the sides.
