How to do it

  1. Start in a push-up position and walk your feet in so your hips lift into an upside down V.
  2. Set your hands slightly wider than your shoulders with your head between your arms.
  3. Bend your elbows to lower the top of your head toward the floor just ahead of your hands.
  4. Press back to straight arms without letting your hips drop toward the floor.

Coaching cues

  • Put your feet on a low step to shift more weight over your shoulders.
  • Keep your elbows tracking forward rather than flaring straight out to the sides.
