How to do it
- Start in a high plank with your hands under your shoulders and feet a little wider than usual.
- Squeeze your glutes and brace your core so your body is one straight line.
- Lift one hand and tap the opposite shoulder without letting your hips twist.
- Return the hand to the floor and repeat on the other side.
Coaching cues
- Widen your feet for a more stable base if your hips rock.
- Move slowly and pause with the hand on the shoulder for a beat.
