How to do it
- Start in a high plank with your hands under your shoulders and your feet about hip width apart.
- Brace your core and squeeze your glutes so your body is one straight line.
- Lower your chest toward the floor with your elbows about 45 degrees from your ribs.
- Press back to the start and lock out without shrugging or letting your hips sag.
Coaching cues
- Keep your ribs down and glutes squeezed so your hips do not sag.
- End the set when your form breaks rather than grinding out sloppy reps.
