How to do it
- Anchor a band above head height and kneel far enough back that the band is taut with your arms overhead.
- Sit tall on your heels with your ribs down and your core braced.
- Pull the band down to your collarbones by driving your elbows down and back.
- Return overhead under control without letting the band snap your arms up.
Coaching cues
- Kneel further back or use a stronger band for more tension.
- Keep your torso upright, do not lean back to finish the pull.
