How to do it
- Sit on the floor with your legs straight and loop a band around the soles of your feet.
- Hold one end in each hand, sit tall and let your arms reach forward.
- Pull the handles to your waist by driving your elbows back and squeezing your shoulder blades.
- Return under control until your arms are straight again.
Coaching cues
- Sit tall through the whole rep instead of rocking backwards to pull.
- Shorten the band or use a stronger one when the reps feel easy.
