How to do it
- Stand with your back against a wall and walk your feet about two steps forward.
- Slide down the wall until your knees are bent to roughly 90 degrees.
- Keep your whole back flat against the wall and your knees over your ankles.
- Hold for the set time, breathing steadily, then push through your heels to stand up.
Coaching cues
- Slide a little higher up the wall if your knees complain or your legs give out early.
- Keep your weight in your whole foot and your hands off your thighs.
