Short version: we store what you log so we can show it back to you, and nothing else.
Last updated 3 September 2026.
If you make an account: your email, a hashed password, your display name, and everything you log in the app. That means your training plan, the workouts and sets you record, your weight and measurement entries, your badges and any notes you write. Each time you sign in we also keep the browser’s user-agent string alongside that session, so you can tell your own devices apart.
If you use the app without an account, all of that stays in your browser and never reaches our servers until you choose to import it.
Share links and the public profile are off unless you turn them on. A share link shows only the specific card you created, never your email or your body measurements. Each link keeps an anonymous count of how many times it was opened, so you can see whether it was. You can revoke any link from Settings; a revoked link stops working straight away, though a copy of the image may sit in a chat app’s cache for up to an hour.
You can export everything as a JSON file from Settings at any time, and restore it from the same place. You can also delete your account there.
The plans, body-fat estimates and BMI figures in this app are general fitness tools, not medical advice. If you have a health condition or an injury, talk to a qualified professional before starting a new training programme.
Write to support@sisrallc.com for anything about your data, including a copy of it or its removal.
